Science was my weakest subject. How I wish this compendium had been available. It would have been helpful to me as a pupil and a welcome tome in my arsenal as a teacher. I really love charts and graphs, and curtailed explanations. All the improve to notice them in a single resource. A+!

Really great overview of biology, geology, chemistry, astronomy, and physics! Very useful from eye school through high schoolhouse, and possibly as a flake of a refresher in college.

Where were you lot, science volume, when I went through three years of middle school science?

This is a book every centre schoolers need. Even if you lot're the smartest kid in class, there were a lot of mnemonics that were super helpful. Information technology took me a while to get through it but I wanted something to refresh my mind while I head into high school.

I'k generally a big fan of the "Everything y'all need" series. They encompass the important principles and topics, and are not bad surveys for kids around form 6 to 8. Actually great for a quick review
This was a great quick read for my 13year-old to review all science topics ahead of a large test ! He enjoyed the book while studying and reviewing !

I loved this book because it taught me many facts nearly science. Finally, I got to know and memorize some of the periodic tables. I, a kid that doesn't actually like rereading a book multiple times, read this a total of 4 times. So, this proves to me that this volume is fun and educative. For me, this book was kind of a cheat key in science review because it is based on all the science that we need to larn. I advise you read it if you are nervous most your test scores or desire to know more than virtually southward I loved this volume considering it taught me many facts well-nigh science. I teach Middle Schoolhouse science and absolutely recommend this book as a good reference volume for students. Information technology is well done, visually highly-seasoned, and focuses on the fundamental details about the topics covered. The one caveat I will mention is the book tends to focus more on surface level facts over deep disquisitional thinking, non surprising as information technology comes from the makers of Encephalon Quest (plus really getting into the deeper critical thinking is hard in a bones reference book). Equally such I wouldn't look at this as an a I teach Eye Schoolhouse science and admittedly recommend this book as a skillful reference book for students. Information technology is well done, visually appealing, and focuses on the primal details about the topics covered. The ane caveat I will mention is the volume tends to focus more on surface level facts over deep critical thinking, not surprising equally it comes from the makers of Brain Quest (plus actually getting into the deeper critical thinking is difficult in a basic reference book). As such I wouldn't wait at this as an culling to an actual science grade, only rather every bit a supplement for students who demand more than back up in understanding key details or students who enjoy learning facts. VERY informative! I love these kinds of books since they teach y'all a lot! From natural disasters to the human body to the solar organization, this book is the ULTIMATE STUDY GUIDE! Even though I'm not in middle school, I still understood this! It helped me through a quite a bit through scientific discipline grade, like where we did a sketchnote/listen-map on natural disasters and how they're made, and I had to find out how a huricane was made, and It as well taught me the periodic table of elements! Thanks for making th VERY informative! I honey these kinds of books since they teach you a lot! From natural disasters to the man body to the solar system, this book is the ULTIMATE Study GUIDE! Even though I'm not in middle school, I nevertheless understood this! Recommendation: 10+. Information technology's got some hard words that mostly kids 10+ would sympathize, but 9yr olds could understand this, COULD (as in Perhaps) understand. Cheers for reading my review! Read this REALLY GOOD BOOK!

I call back this book is pretty adept at explaining the content, simply it was a little oversimplified. At that place was a a lot of stuff that I didn't know before and now know. Some of the mnemonics where to hard to remember but i like the thought behind it. The drawings in each page were kinda beautiful. Some of them helped me retrieve what they were talking about in the check your knowledge.

bought this book for my grandson who is a freshman in high school and thinks he might exist a robotic engineer...some of this information about how to develop an idea along with mistakes volition exist perfect for him..I like how this is formatted...can read a pocket-size chapter and then stop...hope he likes information technology equally much as I do.

I love this book! Information technology is a swell resource for teachers and students. I love how each concept is cleaved downwards. It makes it so like shooting fish in a barrel for students to read and empathise. I am a sucker for swell charts, and this book definitely has them! Information technology features every basic science concept students will need for heart schoolhouse and beyond. I am so happy that I purchased this book!

for me, I loved this volume because information technology gave such detailed explanations of the subjects that the book had talked about. it really, in my opinion, does stay true to its title and has a bit of extra. also for me, this book is science class merely fun and relaxing. I rate this book v stars considering of the intricate manner it explains scientific discipline.

Used this book to report for my Praxis II examination for MS Science. I found information technology to be extremely useful. The authors broke down big concepts into easily accessible $.25. Some of the topics I haven't touched on since high school (Physics, Chemistry) so information technology was nice to review through the quizzes at the end of each affiliate.

I absolutely love this book. I utilize it with my home-schooled granddaughters who are 7 and 9 and got ideas for the scientific discipline fair. It is very simply, though thoroughly, written and easy to understand. I volition be purchasing the ones for the other subjects likewise.
